I received excellent care from Rebecca Flora- Waterman and the care team after a scary episode. Her nurse is an angel here on earth. Everyone was so kind and concerned. They spent extra time with me and also had me talk to one of the counselors. The lab also treated me so well—they allowed me to put my feet up when they took my blood and gave me an ice pack so I wouldn’t pass out. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I have the most amazing Dr here. Dr Waterman has literally worked day and night to help me have a better life.. a longer life with my kids. I don’t know where I’d be without her as my doctor. This place goes above and beyond for you as a patient.. they see you.. actually see you as a person and they truly care. From the women that check you in to every single nurse and Dr.. They care and they care with passion. I could never say enough great things about this place. The lab woman is also amazing and truly cares about you. If you want a community of people that will stand beside you.. smile.. literally hold you hand at your worse.. and be with you every single step of the way.. go here. I promise you.. you will not find a better place to go!! Thank you to all of you for always seeing me.

I loved this place, all my body and mental health were addressed for over 2 years, as people know some times you meet people you dont care for....well after speaking out about my care ...they banned me..was given know notice..I lost my mental health, free pharmacy..everything over a disagreement with a provider there...I wish everyone good health and they do have great staff...labs,xray, mental health is above and beyond....im just sorry one person ruined it for so many people ...take care..I will miss alot of providers who had nothing to do with this one person.

I've been going to this facility since I moved here 6 years ago. At first, it was marketed as a place for low income people to obtain affordable Healthcare. And it was, I paid 25 dollars a visit. Over the years, it's not only gone up in price but now if you no longer qualify for their sliding scale, its 180.00 a visit to see a nurse practitioner, NOT an actual doctor (something they don't tell you up front). For 180.00 a visit, I could get actual insurance and see a doctor. They have been terrible with wait times since the very start, one time I waited over an hour in the actual doctors room. This most recent visit, I waited over 20 minutes in the lab while I was the only one there. This place has gone completely downhill and you are better off finding a family practice that allows self pay, that way you have access to a real doctor for the same price, if not cheaper. Only come here if you are truly desperate and are truly poor, otherwise you'll be paying hundreds for low quality healthcare.
